Service Description
Ideal for 20–30 guests with elevated details Includes everything in the Petite Pretty Package, plus: • An additional 2‑hour venue rental (4 hours total) • Four custom centerpieces • Upgraded backdrop and balloon arch • Enhanced tablescape setup with elegant chargers and satin or polyester napkins Additional Guests: This package includes up to 30 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, with a maximum capacity of 60 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements All event party bookings require a minimum 3‑week notice to secure your date and theme. Bookings made with proper notice include full access to your selected package and guaranteed setup time. Rush Bookings (Less Than 3 Weeks) Any event booked inside the 3‑week window is considered a rush booking and will incur a $125 rush fee. This fee covers expedited planning, décor preparation, and staffing adjustments. Space‑Only Rentals If you are booking just the event space, reservations may be made within 7 days or less, based strictly on availability. • No refunds are issued for space‑only bookings made within 7 days. • Payments may be credited toward a future booking, but not refunded. Refunds & Credits • All payments are non‑refundable. • If you cancel with more than 3 weeks’ notice, your payment may be credited toward a future event. • Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the event are not eligible for credit unless the booking was space‑only and falls under the 7‑day credit rule above. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed one time with 3+ weeks’ notice, based on availability. • Rush bookings (less than 3 weeks) may be rescheduled with a new rush fee applied.
