Service Description
This option provides access to the open event space only, perfect for guests who want a clean, flexible canvas to create their own setup. The $75 rate covers the use of the venue for your reserved time and includes entry to the space without tables, chairs, décor, linens, or equipment. You are welcome to bring in your own items or vendors to design the layout that fits your vision. The space is clean, versatile, and ideal for intimate gatherings, photoshoots, meetings, or creative projects. All setup and breakdown must be completed within your rental window.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements All event party bookings require a minimum 3‑week notice to secure your date and theme. Bookings made with proper notice include full access to your selected package and guaranteed setup time. Rush Bookings (Less Than 3 Weeks) Any event booked inside the 3‑week window is considered a rush booking and will incur a $125 rush fee. This fee covers expedited planning, décor preparation, and staffing adjustments. Space‑Only Rentals If you are booking just the event space, reservations may be made within 7 days or less, based strictly on availability. • No refunds are issued for space‑only bookings made within 7 days. • Payments may be credited toward a future booking, but not refunded. Refunds & Credits • All payments are non‑refundable. • If you cancel with more than 3 weeks’ notice, your payment may be credited toward a future event. • Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the event are not eligible for credit unless the booking was space‑only and falls under the 7‑day credit rule above. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed one time with 3+ weeks’ notice, based on availability. • Rush bookings (less than 3 weeks) may be rescheduled with a new rush fee applied.
